How we engage

Three ways in.
No procurement theatre.

A paid discovery sprint, a fixed-scope build, or an ongoing retainer. Whichever it is, you get a written plan within two working days of the first call — and you keep it either way.

Engagement models

Pick the smallest one that answers your question.

Discovery sprint

You know the problem, not yet the solution.

A short, paid engagement that ends in a document you could hand to any vendor — not just us.

  • Current-state review and constraints
  • A recommended approach with the trade-offs written down
  • Scope, sequence, and an estimate you can budget against
  • A working prototype where the risk is technical
How it's priced

Fixed fee, agreed before we start. Credited against the build if you continue with us.

Fixed-scope build

The scope is clear enough to commit to.

A defined piece of work with a defined price. Weekly demos of working software, no surprise invoices.

  • Written scope, acceptance criteria, and a date
  • Weekly demo of software you can actually use
  • Change requests priced individually, never absorbed silently
  • Repository access from week one
How it's priced

Fixed price against a written scope. Changes are quoted separately, in writing, before work starts.

Retainer

The thing exists and needs to keep improving.

A recurring block of senior capacity for ongoing development, platform operations, or support.

  • An agreed capacity each month
  • A named team that stays consistent
  • Prioritised together, reviewed monthly
  • Cancellable with notice — no multi-year lock-in
How it's priced

Monthly, based on committed capacity. Notice period agreed up front; no auto-renewing multi-year terms.

From first contact

Four steps, and you can stop after any of them.

01

You get in touch

  • A form, an email, or our agent
  • No qualification gauntlet before a human replies
02

Scoping call

  • Senior people, not a sales layer
  • We say if it is not a fit for us
03

Written plan in two working days

  • Approach, sequence, team, and estimate
  • Yours to keep either way
04

Start

  • Discovery, build, or retainer
  • Repository and demo access from week one
No lock-in

You should be able to fire us cleanly.

A vendor who is hard to leave is a vendor with no pressure to stay good. So we build the exit into the engagement: your accounts, your repositories, your keys, and documentation written for whoever comes next.

If you decide to move on, the handover is a scheduled session — not a negotiation.

Working in the Gulf

Your week, not ours.

Most of the Middle East runs Sunday to Thursday. A supplier working Monday to Friday loses you two days of every week — one at each end — and it shows up as a sprint that never quite lands on your calendar. We schedule sprints, stand-ups, and go-live windows to the Gulf week, and we plan around Ramadan hours rather than discovering them halfway through a phase.

We deliver from Hyderabad, which puts our working day 2½ hours ahead of Riyadh and 1½ ahead of Dubai — so your morning is our morning. That is a practical difference from a European or American supplier, where the overlap is a few hours at best and an urgent question can cost you a day.

When an engagement needs someone physically in the room — a workshop, a go-live, a stakeholder session that will not work over video — we travel to site.

What that means in practice
Sunday–Thursday delivery week
Ceremonies and releases on your working days, not ours.
Ramadan-aware scheduling
Adjusted hours planned into the phase, not absorbed as slippage.
Full business-day overlap
Riyadh and Dubai mornings covered live, not answered overnight.
On-site when it matters
Workshops, go-lives, and stakeholder sessions in the room.

Two things we will not imply: we are not an in-region entity, and we do not staff Arabic-language delivery. If either is a requirement, say so early and we will tell you straight whether we fit.

FAQ

The questions procurement asks.

Ask us something else

Because a number without a scope is a guess, and a guess would be a bad basis for your budget. We publish how we price — fixed fee for discovery, fixed price against written scope for builds, monthly capacity for retainers — and give you the actual number within two working days of a scoping call.

Start with a conversation.

No qualification gauntlet, no discovery call about your discovery call. Tell us the problem and we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right team.
